Rates

Studio time:

$60/hour, 4-hour minimum.  Additional studio time (beyond the 4-hour minimum) can be purchased at a rate of $60/hour, with a minimum increment of 15 minutes ($15). Rates for studio time do not include post production.

Post production:

Costs for post production (editing, mixing and mastering) vary depending the complexity and unique needs of each project.  Generally, costs range from $150-$300 per song.  Please contact to discuss your project’s needs and to establish fees.

Large Projects:

A flat-fee rate can be negotiated for large projects, such as location recording, or album-length projects recorded over several weeks or months.  After negotiating a flat-fee rate, prepayment will be required to move forward.

Terms:

  • A 50% deposit is required to book time for studio sessions.
  • If you need to cancel your studio session completely, your deposit will be refunded as quickly as possible.
  • If you simply need to reschedule your studio session we will hold the initial deposit you’ve already made, but may require an additional deposit to book the new date.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds entirely for multiple cancellations, and to refuse further booking.
  • For post production, payment will be required before mixes or mastered tracks are delivered.  This includes “rough” mixes.
  • Terms for large projects will vary per project, and will be determined during the negotiation process.
